Great Expressions Dental Centers, Inc. Purchases Bright Now! Dental, Inc. Dental Locations in Georgia.

Bloomfield Hills, MI, January 5, 2006 – As part of the effort to expand its presence in existing markets, Great Expressions Dental Centers, Inc. (Great Expressions) announced the purchase of Bright Now! Dental, Inc.’s eight dental locations in the Atlanta, Georgia area.
Great Expressions currently operates 6 dental offices in the Atlanta, Georgia area and with the acquisition of 8 additional locations, Great Expressions now has a strong presence in this southern market. Rich Beckman, Chief Executive Officer of Great Expressions stated:
“The acquisition of these existing facilities will allow Great Expressions to attain a significant market presence in Georgia and provide additional opportunities for our patients and employees. We will have approximately 100 operatories to serve our patients’ dental care needs. We expect the transition to be seamless to our patients and our employees. We will have common signage in approximately ninety days so we can begin to build the Great Expressions brand in Georgia.”
Great Expressions is a privately held company that currently manages 80 dental practices located in Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, Ohio and Virginia. Great Expressions has been in the dental practice management business for over twenty-five years, and net practice revenues of affiliated offices are approximately $50 million.
