Great Expressions Dental Centers, Inc. Purchases Dental Management Systems, Inc. (dba Sunshine Dental Centers)

On February 19, 2005, Great Expressions Dental Centers, Inc. (Great Expressions) purchased the operating assets of Dental Management Systems, Inc. (dba Sunshine Dental Centers) a dental practice management that operates locations in Southwest Florida. Tom Van Pelt, Chief Operating Officer of Sunshine Dental Centers stated “By affiliating with Great Expressions, Sunshine Dental Centers is affiliating with one of the leading dental group practices in the United States. It gives our personnel the resources to expand our practices both geographically and into other dental speculates. We are pleased to be part of the Great Expressions organization.”
Richard E.
