Great Expressions Dental Centers, Inc. Purchases Northeast Dental Management, Inc.

On January 28, 2005, Great Expressions Dental Centers, Inc. (Great Expressions) purchased the operating assets of Northeast dental Management, Inc. (Northeast) a dental practice management that operates locations in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Vincent Cardillo, Chief Executive Officer of Northeast stated “By affiliating with Great Expressions, Northeast is affiliating with one of the leading dental group practices in the United States. It gives our personnel the resources to expand our practices both geographically and into other dental speculates. We are pleased to be part of the Great Expressions organization.”
Richard E. Beckman, Chief Executive Officer of Great Expressions stated “ Northeast gives Great Expressions an additional growth platform to expand our company and give our dental professionals and employees opportunities in diverse geographic markets. Northeast’s management philosophies and policies were a great fit for Great Expressions.”
Great Expressions is a privately held company that currently manages 75 dental practices in Michigan, Ohio, Georgia, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Florida. Great Expressions has been in the dental practice management business for over twenty five years and has net practice revenues of approximately $50 million.
