By registering for our e-mail appointment reminders, you will have the convenience of confirming your appointment via your personal e-mail account instead of by phone with the office team member.

Patients must be 18 years of age or above to sign up for the Great Expressions Dental Centers e-mail service.
No. Great Expressions Dental Centers does not charge you for this added service.
Registration Unsubscribe Process
Simply provide your e-mail address to your Great Expressions office and request to receive e-mail reminders and office alerts.
You will be sent a welcome e-mail to your registered e-mail address on file the next business day after enrolling.
All e-mails will be from Great Expressions at no-reply@greatexpressions.com or confirm@e.greatexpressions.com. Please add these e-mails to your address book so e-mails will not get caught in your junk or bulk mail folder.
You may unsubscribe from all appointment confirmations and office alerts by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of your Great Expressions e-mail.
You will need to contact us via our online customer service form and request to re-subscribe to e-mail appointment reminders and office alerts. Please provide your e-mail address and full name that you last registered with. Please note that all online requests are subject to patient verification and may take 2-5 business days to activate. If you would like to re-subscribe with an alternate e-mail address, you may simply provide your new e-mail to your local Great Expressions office.
Accounts With Dependents
You will automatically receive e-mail appointments confirmations for each of your dependents to the e-mail address that is attached to the guarantor’s account. If you would like to receive e-mail appointment confirmations for your dependents to a different e-mail address, you will need to provide that address to your local Great Expressions office.
Appointment Confirmations
You will receive your e-mail confirmation message five (5) days prior to your scheduled appointment and three (3) days before if you do not confirm the first e-mail. We will also send you a reminder e-mail one (1) day prior to your appointment.
Click the “Confirm My Appointment” button in your e-mail. You will be redirected to a thank you page if your confirmation has been successful.
You are not able to reschedule your appointment via our e-mail messaging service. Simply contact the office prior to your appointment to cancel or reschedule.

If you have multiple appointments scheduled in the same day, you will an e-mail appointment confirmation for the first appointment of the day only. You will need to confirm any additional appointments directly with the office you are scheduled at. Each patient is limited to one e-mail appointment confirmation per day.

Office Alerts
You may receive non-appointment related e-mails throughout the course of your subscription with Great Expressions Dental Centers. E-mails may include special offers for your specific location or alerts notifying you about important office news and events.
At this time, if you subscribe to receive e-mail appointment confirmations, you automatically are subscribed to receive any marketing-related e-mail. We promise that we will not spam your account with unnecessary e-mails, nor will we sell your information to a third party. Please read our Privacy Policy for additional information. To unsubscribe, you will need to click the unsubscribe button located at the bottom of your e-mail. Please note that unsubscribing from marketing e-mails will not unsubscribe you from appointment-related e-mails. You will need to unsubscribe to both sets to be removed from all e-mail communication.
