We are pleased to announce the following executive promotions, each of whom has played a pivotal role in advancing our mission to provide accessible, high-quality dental care:

Dr. Jessica Buehler, now President & Chief Clinical Officer, continues to lead with a relentless commitment to clinical excellence and patient-first care. Under her guidance, GEDC will further elevate the standard of oral healthcare across our network.

Dale Hockel has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer, where he will guide GEDC’s long-term strategic vision, strengthen organizational culture, and lead the company through its next phase of growth and innovation.

Nathan Smith has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Care Delivery, where he will oversee the delivery of outstanding patient experiences and optimize clinical operations system-wide.

Sarah Beadling, newly appointed Vice President, Strategy & Operations, will lead business initiatives that streamline operations and drive impactful organizational outcomes.

Welcoming a New Voice in Growth and Strategy
We’re also excited to introduce Theresa Neuhauser as GEDC’s new Chief Growth Officer. Theresa brings a wealth of experience in payor relations and strategic initiatives—expertise that will be instrumental in strengthening partnerships and supporting sustainable, value-driven growth.
