ADG does not own or operate dental practices, or employ the licensed professionals providing dental treatment and services.

Participating dental providers have agreed to discount their usual and customary fees for services. “Usual” refers to the normal rate charged for the service by the provider rendering treatment, and “customary” refers to the usual rates of the provider’s competitors in that geographic area. Fees advertised are membership enrollment fees only.
