Great Expressions Dental Centers Names Michael DeMinico General Counsel

Southfield, Michigan (Sept. 30, 2019) – Great Expressions Dental Centers, a leader in preventative dental care, today named Michael DeMinico General Counsel.

In this role, DeMinico will serve as the primary legal counsel for Great Expressions and its operating company, ADG LLC, which provides non-clinical business and administrative support services to practices across the nation. DeMinico will be responsible for all legal affairs, including those related to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, government affairs, M&A, commercial contracts, litigation, intellectual property, internal compliance and risk management programs, employment and human resources.

Prior to joining Great Expressions, DeMinico was Executive Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Andy’s Vet LLC and its portfolio of platforms that administer companion animal pharmacy programs and services for retailers and veterinary practices. He previously served as general counsel of Envision Rx Options, a healthcare and pharmacy benefits management company with over $5B in annual revenue. During his tenure at Envision, DeMinico led the company’s legal department in its 2015 disposition to Rite Aid Corporation for $2.2B.

DeMinico earned his Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from The College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
