Great Expressions Donates $25,000 to Local School of Dentistry Program

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. – July 09, 2015 – Great Expressions Dental Centers (GEDC), a leading metro Detroit-based dental service organization, announces its annual donation of $25,000 to the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry.

Since 2006, GEDC has donated $250,000 to the UDM School of Dentistry to promote dental education and to help make education more affordable. The money helps to fund scholarships, staffing, equipment/facilities, dental materials for classes, support programs for student leadership and campus involvement.

“Our goal with the annual UDM School of Dentistry donation is to help provide those pursuing a career in dentistry with all of the tools and support they need to succeed,” said Dr. Dr. Dominik Wietrzynski, doctor for Great Expressions Dental Centers. “At GEDC, we strive to provide high quality dental care to our patients and want to be sure that we are doing all we can to lay a foundation for the next generations of doctors.”
