Great Expressions Integrates DoseSpot Dental e-Prescribing Platform

NEEDHAM HEIGHTS, MA – May 14, 2015 — DoseSpot, an industry leader in e-Prescribing integration platforms for medical, dental and telehealth software, today announced that Great Expressions Dental Centers, a leading dental service organization (DSO), has successfully integrated DoseSpot. Through the partnership, Great Expressions Dental Centers successfully completed Surescripts certification and dentists at more than 240 Great Expressions locations can now e-Prescribe controlled and non-controlled prescriptions to more than 65,000 pharmacies nationwide.

The DoseSpot Dental platform has been a top choice for DSOs since 2010 due to DoseSpot’s vast experience delivering scalable e-Prescribing software to large dental chains. The DoseSpot Dental platform not only meets the e-Prescribing needs of general dentists and specialists but it also provides DSO management teams with various tools to configure DoseSpot to meet the needs of the organization.

Through DoseSpot, Great Expressions also successfully completed an EPCS integration review by Drummond Group Inc. and dentists located at all Great Expressions’ clinics now e-Prescribe controlled substances.
