Great Expressions’ Practice Management Software Receives Stevie Award

(June 11, 2018) –  Great Expressions Dental Centers‘ (GEDC) management software program, Trinity, has been awarded a bronze Stevie Award for New Product or Service of the Year Healthcare Technology Solution during the 16th annual American Business Awards winners gala at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York.

Trinity is a practice management software developed over the course of 14 months, and built 100 percent in-house by GEDC. Introduced by GEDC in 2017, Trinity is used to run all aspects of the organization’s dental offices, including: appointment and patient management; automated insurance claims validation and submission; automated insurance payment posting to patient accounts; provider credentialing with insurance carriers; role-based dashboards with individual job specific tasks requiring attention; automated loading of fee schedules by state, zip code, office, provider, and line of business; and to achieve seamless referral management across the organization’s footprint of more than 300 locations in 10 states.

Trinity removes barriers to excellence in customer service. No longer are there exhaustive “overrides and approvals” required for operations such as refunds and courtesy adjustments, as the proprietary software presents usage information in a consolidated format.

The results have been phenomenal.”
