National Dental Service Organization Executive Recognized for Leadership

(Dec. 11, 2017) – Kristy Loomis, vice president of human resources for Great Expressions Dental Centers, was recently honored with the bronze award for Human Resources Professional of the Year by the Stevie Awards for Great Employers.

At GEDC, a leading national dental service organization, Loomis supports employees in 10 states—providing resources critical to employee retention and professional growth.

During her time with Great Expressions, Loomis has successfully unified 16 company affiliations, launched GEDC University to ensure new team members are properly and successfully onboarded, redesigned and negotiated employment contracts for doctors across the Company’s footprint, and generated $1.1 million through opportunity cost of revenue. In addition, she redesigned the employee benefits program, finding 25 percent annual savings for the company, resulting in lower premiums for employees without sacrificing the level of quality benefits offered.
